Site || History

Although Radiant only opened in 2004, the site goes back to 2001. My first site, which was a version of this one, opened in 2001 and was hosted on geocities. The site went by the name of A Star is Born and it was a Michelle Trachtenberg fansite. Back then Michelle wasnt doing very much, therefore the site wasn't being updated all that often so I made a decision.

In late 2002 A Star Is Born began its tranformation into Bitter Sweet. The site now not only featured Michelle, but it was all about everything Buffy, which Michelle was a part of. Because the show was ongoing I had lots to update. No surprise the Michelle section of the site was by far the largest out of all the actors on the show. This site was also on geocities for about 4 months befor I bough my own domain and it got transferred there. Once the show ended on May 20th 2003 the site was slowly becomming less and less active. It was in August of 2004 that I officially started transforming the site back into a fansite for Michelle and Michelle only. Radiant made it's web debut in September of 2004.

Things were going well for Radiant, once it was completely revamped. But then it started to get a little too popular and I started going over my bandwidth limit almost every month. I made the decision to purchase a separate domain for the site and by January of 2005 Radiant was moved into its new home of http://mtrachtenberg.net! As you can see we've come a long ways from that little geocities site that we once were. Without all that this site has been through, it wouldnt be what it is today; you're source for Michelle Trachtenberg!
